Let's test some values

Try z = 1
we get:
Quantity A: 99(1)/100
Quantity B: 100/99(1)

Evaluate:
Quantity A: 99/100
Quantity B: 100/99
Here, Quantity B is greater

Try z = -1
we get:
Quantity A: 99(-1)/100
Quantity B: 100/99(-1)

Evaluate:
Quantity A: -99/100
Quantity B: -100/99
Here, Quantity A is greater

[Reveal] Spoiler:
D

Cheers,
Brent
