A)The quantity in Column A is greater.
B)The quantity in Column B is greater.
C)The two quantities are equal.
D)The relationship cannot be determined from the information given.

Here,
$$x=\frac{2z}{3} = \frac{(2 * 20)}{3} =\frac{40}{3}$$

And,
$$y=\frac{3x}{4} = \frac{(3 * 40)}{(4 * 3)} = 10$$

Hence,
QTY A < QTY B

Given: $$y=\frac{3x}{4}$$

Rewrite as follows: $$y=(\frac{3}{4})x$$

Substitute: $$y=(\frac{3}{4})(\frac{2z}{3})$$

Simplify: $$y=\frac{z}{2}$$

Substitute: $$y=\frac{20}{2} = 10$$

We get:
QUANTITY A: 10
QUANTITY B: 11

Cheers,
Brent
