Here,
The value of y is not given, so y can be positive or y can be negative. As both values of y will satisfy the equation \(x > |y| > z\)

So if y is positive then QTY A > QTY B

If y is negative then QTY A < QTY B

Hence option D

I guess there needs to be one correction.
If y is negative then QTY A<= QTY B.


For example:
x=10
y=-4
z=2
10+(-4)......|-4|+2....both equals to 6
Here qty A =qty B
