option A is the correct answer because when x is added 1 and divided with X-1 the QUOTIENT will be bigger to the QUOTIENT when X-1 is divided with X+1.

hence option A.

this question simply test our fundamental of quotient.

3635 * 10^12, this is how we can rewrite the question, is so big compared to 1 so that adding or subtracting 1 from it won't make much difference.
