Here only option b and E donot match the criteria

3 and 12 donot match the criteria because the reciprocal add up to 0.4166 which in not greater than $$\frac{1}{2}$$
and 6 and 8 donot match the criteria because the reciprocal add up to 0.291 which in not greater than $$\frac{1}{2}$$ or less than $$\frac{1}{3}$$
