12.5% can be rewritten as 12.5/100 or 25/200
compare all the ans choices
25/200 reduces to 1/8
25/200=0.125
all other choices are not equal

Sorry Guys. I check the question out well. I had missed E as choice.

It is not \frac{25}{100} but \frac{25}{200}

:)

E is among correct answers now, since its corrected
Before it was 25/100 (but later it corrected as 25/200)
