Explanation

The numerator, $$6^1^4$$, can be factored, and then the properties of exponents can be applied:

$$\frac{6^1^4}{2^5 \times 3^7}= \frac{2^1^4 \times 3^1^4}{2^5 \times 3^7} = 2^9 \times 3^7$$.

Hence option D is correct.
