A. $$y = 4$$

B. $$y=\frac{1}{2} x$$

C. $$y=x+3$$

E. $$y=\frac{1}{2}x+3$$

y=x + 1/2

In this equation, when x is an integer, y will not be an integer due to addition of 0.5 to an integer.
