Useful root property: $$\frac{\sqrt{x}}{\sqrt{y}}=\sqrt{\frac{x}{y}}$$

Given:
Quantity A: $$\frac{\sqrt{60}}{\sqrt{15}}$$

Quantity B: $$4$$

Apply above property to Quantity A to get:
Quantity A: $$\sqrt{\frac{60}{15}}$$

Quantity B: $$4$$

Simplify Quantity A to get:
Quantity A: $$\sqrt{4}=2$$

Quantity B: $$4$$

4 > 2

Cheers,
Brent

For A, sqrt(60) / sqrt(15) =sqrt(60/15) =sqrt(4) =2

So ANS is B
