Here,

r and s are in 2nd quadrant, so r = negative value and s = positive value

Similarly,
j and k are in 4th quadrant, so j = positive value and k = negative value

QTY A : s + j = Positive value + Positive value = Positive value

QTY B : r + k = negative value + negative value = negative value

QTY A > QTY B

For 2nd quardent, (-,+)
For 4rth quardent (+,-)

so for A , S+J= positive value+positive value = positive value
for B, R+K= negative value+negative value= negative value

positive value is always greater than negative value.
so A is greater.
