You can multiple both sides * 100 (numerator and divisor), then you can see that both of them are the same. In that way you don’t have to use calculator.

The question can also be solved by looking at the decimal position of the both of numerator and denominator of the factions.

Approach:

The rule says to make the denominator as a whole number by shifting the decimal to the right, also move the decimal of the numerator to the right untill the value of denomincator is a whole number.

Solution:

When we follow the above approach we see that the factions are same.

Hence OPTION C is the answer.
