Using ratios 16:10 = x:72. Thus, x = (72*16)/10 = 115.2, rounded to 115. Answer E

We can set up a proportion:

16/10 = n/72

8/5 = n/72

8 x 72 = 5n

576 = 5n

115.2 = n

So 115 complete steps were taken.
