(a) \(f(-2)=3(-2)^2 −7(-2)+23=3(4)−7(-2)+23=12−(-14)+23=26+23=49\)

(b) \(h(2)=2^3 −2(2^2)+2−2=8−2(4)+2−2=8−8+2−2=0+2−2=2−2=0\)

(c) \(k(0)=\frac{5}{3}(0)-7=0-7=-7\)
