230%*15%*400 = 2.3*15*4 = 2.3*60 = 23*6 = 138

Explanation

Translate into decimals (for the percents, move the decimal two places to the left) and use the calculator to solve:
x = 2.3(0.15)(400)
x = 138

Alternatively, translate into fractions and solve on paper:

\(\frac{230}{100}\times \frac{15}{100} \times 400=138\)
