Rewrite 0.0064 as a fraction to get: √0.0064 = √(64/10000)

There's a nice rule that says √(j/k) = (√j)/(√k)
For example, √(25/49) = (√25)/(√49) = 5/7

Likewise, √(64/10000) = (√64)/(√10000)
= 8/100
= 0.08

Answer: 0.08

Alternatively, you can just us the GRE's onscreen calculator to make the calculation.
