Given:
Quantity A: (√pi)% x 700/√pi
Quantity B: 343/49

Rewrite Quantity A:
Quantity A: (√pi)/100 x 700/√pi
Quantity B: 343/49

Cross simplify Quantity A:
Quantity A: 7
Quantity B: 343/49

Simplify Quantity B:
Quantity A: 7
Quantity B: 7

Answer: C

Brent
