There are only 2 positive divisors of 19 i.e. 1 and 19 itself.

Sum of two positive divisors ,1+19 = 20.
Product of two positive divisors , 1*19 =19

A(20) > B(19). Therefore, the answer is A.

Positive divisors of 19 are 1 and 19

Quantity A = The sum of the positive divisors of 19 = 1+19 =20
Quantity B = The product of the positive divisors of 19 = 1*19 =19

Hence Quantity A is greater

Answer A
