The RECREATION of an archaeological site requires scientific knowledge as well as cultural UNDERSTANDING.

Not much evidence for blank 1 - so we can use POE option a makes no sense, synthesis means fusion, reconstruction makes perfect sense because it goes well with archaeological site, which has remains that need to be reconstructed.

For blank 2, sensitivity makes perfect sense and is in sync with our prediction UNDERSTANDING
