New Profit of A------------ 24
Increase in profit-----------(4/20)*100-----------20%


B------100
Old Profit of B------------ 24
New Profit of B------------ 20
Decrease in Profit ----------- (4/24)*100----- 18.666%

Hence A.

In this problem, we know that the percent increase would 4/20 for A.

For B, the percent decrease would be 4/24.

If the denominator are bigger while the numerator are the same, the one with bigger denominator would be smaller.

so, A>B
