In this kind of questions it is enough to find a counterexample to exclude an answer choice.

I. P is an even number
II. P is an odd number -> 2*3 = 6, they are consecutive numbers but their product is even
III. P is positive -> -3*-2*-1 = -6, they are consecutive numbers and their product is negative

Thus, since at least one answer must be true, the only right statement is I. Answer A

But the question says that the N is greater than equal to 2 which insuniates that n is positive ..so dont you think than the product will be positive too because it is given that N is positive.

For sure option I is correct too because 2 is even and even multipled by n+1-- will be even also.

Please clarify.
