S.P of Quantity A: 90%(90%(90% of 10)===>7.29
S.P of Quantity B: 70% of 10===> 7

Therefore Quantity A is greater

Exact calculation is unnecessary.
Start by rewriting the quantities (use the interest formula):
A B
0.9³*P 0.7*P
Note that 0.9 to the power of 3 must be bigger than 0.7
---> A is bigger
