Let's find the prime factorization of each value

20 = (2)(2)(5)
So, the greatest prime factor of 20 is 5

15 = (3)(5)
So, the greatest prime factor of 15 is 5

We get:
Quantity A: 5
Quantity B: 5

Answer: C

We do prime factorization:

20=2^2*5 -> QA = 4

15=3*5 -> QB = 5

-> C.
