Explanation

Here we need to find f(0):

$$f(x) = | x + 3 | + | x - 2 |$$

$$f(0) = | 0 + 3 | + | 0 - 2 |$$

$$f(0) = | 3 | + | -2 |$$

$$f(0) = 3 + 2$$

$$f(0) = 5$$

The value of Quantity A is equal to Quantity B. Thus option C is correct.
