Factorize 20000 to its prime we get

$$20000 = 2*2*2*2*2*5*5*5*5$$
or, $$20000 = 2^4 *2 * 5^4$$
Taking square root of this we get $$2^2*5^2 * 2$$
which is equal to $$100\sqrt{2}$$
