P(x is between 1 and 4) = P(x is between 1 and 2 OR x is between 2 and 3 OR x is between 3 and 4)
= P(x is between 1 and 2) + P(x is between 2 and 3) + P(x is between 3 and 4)
= 0.30 + 0.32 + 0.14
= 0.76

Answer: 0.76
