Given the average of the six numbers, we know their sum is equal to 6*44 = 264.

Then, the two numbers whose average is 11 sum to 2*11 = 22.

Thus, the remaining four numbers sum to 264-22 = 242. And their average is 242/4 = 60.5

Quantity B is greater
