As there is though in the sentence, means there is a contrast between first part and second. As in the first part media described actress as prima donna, means something awkward so after though second part should be filled with positive words.

So with CHARMING, E LITHESOME is appropriate which means walk with grace....

Could be B the answer. But this means only one thing: a good question NEVER has rooms for two possible answers.
