Explanation

Quantity A is 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7, or 28. The median of the first 7 positive integers is the middle number when they are listed in order from least to greatest, which is 4.

So Quantity B is (7)(4), or 28. Thus the correct answer is Choice C.
