Question Stats:

65% (00:10) correct 35% (00:20) wrong based on 20 sessions
300 test results are integers ranging from 15 to 75, inclusive. Dominick’s result is clearly in the 80th percentile
of those results, not the 79th or the 81st.

Quanti ty A

Number of other test results in the same

Quanti ty B
percentile as Dominick’s

Maximum number of other test-takers with the
same result as Dominick

In this stem, we told that there are 300 results, and we can deduce that 3 tsets results are in the same percentiles since 300/100=3. Then we know that for
Quanti ty A, the Number of other test results in the same percentile as Dominick’s would be 2. Then since we are told that Dominick’s result is clearly in the 80th percentile
of those results, not the 79th or the 81st. then we can know that it would be very only totla of 3 people of the same score including Dominick would be in the 80th percentile.
In other words. the maximum number of other test takers with the same results would be 2.
Thus, the answer is C
