QTY A = $$\sqrt{100+36} = \sqrt{136}$$ = That lies between 11 and 12 (Because $$\sqrt{121} = 11$$ and $$\sqrt{144} = 12$$)

So QTY A < QTY B

Simply square both sides. Left side will be (100+36) = 136 and Right side will be 16*16 = 256. Correct ans is B.

$$16^2$$ = 256
A says $$\sqrt{100+36}$$ = $$\sqrt{136}$$ < $$\sqrt{256}$$

Hence, B
