The keyword is ADAPTABILITY.

What kind of conditions would require humans to be ADAPTIVE?
Well, if conditions kept changing, then humans would have to ADAPT.
So, let's predict CHANGING for the blank.

Check the answer choices....DYNAMIC and FLUCTUATING are great fits.
