For blank i - how do we choose costiveness, i thought convalescence suits better. Please brief it
I have my own doubts for blank ii
But when looking at blank iii, I guess that disingenuous and risible both fits. Can you elaborate it further as why should we choose latter over former?

The sentence talks about a guideline (pamphlet) that via a dietary regime help people to cure their illness. In such case, the costiveness.

Convalescence is a gradual recovery after an illness. They are two different things.

I means flourish

Only H makes sense. What the pamphlet offered at the time now is almost silly.
