6 machines produce 270 bottles per minutes -> 1 machine produces (270/6) = 45 bottles per minute.

If each machine individually produces 45 bottles, then 10 machines will produce 10*45 = 450 bottles per minute.

In 4 minutes, the 10 machines will produce 450*4 = 1800 bottles in total.

Then our answer is 1800 or choice B

1 machine will produce 270/6 = 45 bottles per minute
