Issue # 2. Government must ensure that their major cities receive the financial support they need in order to thrive because it is primarily in cities that a nation’s cultural traditions are presented and generated.

Cultural traditions are a vital part of any nation, because it includes people’s beliefs, hopes, and memories about the past, languages and other important factors what makes people unified in a nation and survive over the centuries. This statement could be arguable in some points, but due to globalization influencing on urbanization expansion, in major cities more a half of population resides over the world. In this regard, indeed government must consider cultural development of major cities, not only in terms of economic, financial and other more monetary benefits.

Nowadays, when counting how many people live in cities, it is hard to believe still people keep moving from rural areas to cities over the time. Their movements bring new thoughts, new ideas, but cultural traditions, their beliefs and hopes remain in their mind forever. Specifically, the cultural traditions in most cases can control over people’s misbehavior and attitudes. This is one of reasons why government should fund any cultural events that bring happiness, colorful warm memories associated with food, songs and dancing related to such an event. The Peoples’ Parade of Labor, Peace and Tolerance is an appropriate example that is held in the postsoviet countries as a Soviet heritage. This day on May 1st is declared that people should be laborious in the following summer in order to yield more harvest in fall. If people are tolerant each other, then peace will be everywhere.

The most important also point what government should draw attention is construction of various museums and sites for artists’ exhibitions. Museums are nation’s treasures where new generation could learn history, culture, technology development, etc. Hermitage is one of the biggest museums over the world and reveals many valuable historical items. There many people can be acquainted with world masterpieces in different epochs of history. This also complement s to building some cultural environment. Furthermore, museum can generate additional income for budget of cities as well.

People from history have been inclined to watch a different kind of performances related cultural features and traditions in a special place decorated in a special way to make people involved in full environment. Thus, theatres have also become the main component of the people’ culture. Particularly, in theatres many performances reproduce history and culture of people in a sensitive way. To provide finds to development of theatres in major cities will make culture close to people’s lives.

In conclusion, all these measures if properly implemented by major cities will bring influence on sustainable development of a society in such rapid changing environments with much severe pressures of external global factors. These actions from government will facilitate a building of tolerant, trustful and careful attitudes to each other. Moreover, cultural traditions are colorful and attract attentions to some acute issues of humanity. People should be directed to increase their not only material goods, but also their spiritual, psychological moods to fulfill their lives with happiness and satisfaction.

Well, actually the AWA is good but not enough.

It lacks of a strong point to counteract the Issue. Moreover, in some part is not well constructed from a grammatical point of you.

In the introduction, you use the idiom"not only" but also is missing.

In another part,
Quote:
The most important also point
is not an elegant and effective construction.
