Explanation

Nice way to tackle this problem is to notice that the difference between two set of prime numbers can be same and it may not be same as well.

For eg.
take $$P =2$$
and $$r =3$$
so, $$r-s = 3-2 =1$$

now take $$q = 5$$
and $$s = 7$$
$$s-q = 2$$
A<B
However realize that many difference between two subsequent prime numbers can give a difference of $$2$$ for eg. $$(11,13); (17,19); (41,43)$$
option D
