(B) $$10 + 2\sqrt{3}$$

On drawing the triangle on xy plane, we can see that, base of the triangle is 4, height is 5. Since it is a 30-60-90 triangle, we can use pythagoras theorem and find out the hypotenuse of the triangle, which is sqrt41.
Thus, on adding all the terms, we get 9+sqrt41, which is option E.
