Here for speed =30 miles/hr and distance = 9miles

Then time in minutes = 9/30 * 60 =18 minutes

for speed =35 miles/hr and distance = 9miles

Then time in minutes = 9/35 * 60 =15.4 minutes

Therefore time will be in the range from = 15.4 ≤ Time in minutes ≤ 18

Hence Option are B,C,D
