$$\frac{3}{5}$$ inch = 400
1 inch = $$\frac{400*5}{3}$$
$$\frac{3}{2}$$ inch = $$\frac{400*5}{3} * \frac{3}{2}$$ = 1000

400 / (3/5) = D / (3/2)

=> D ={ 400 / (3/5) } * 3/2

=> D = (400 * 5 *3) / (3 * 2)
=> D = 1000
