freight reimbursement income = 5% of 60 million = 3 million
freight expenditures = 7% of 60 million =4.2 million

Expenditure not covered = \(4.2 - 3 = 1.2 million\)

Therefore Percentage = \(\frac{1.2}{4.2} = 28\)%

for income: 4,9%*60 = 2.94
for expenditures: 6.8%*60 = 4.08

calculate the difference : 4.08-2.94 = 1.14

1.14/4.08 = 0.279 or 28%

answer B
