To determine the correct answer, we need to calculate the difference between \(\frac{2}{3}\) and each answer choice...

A. \(\frac{3}{4}-\frac{2}{3}=\frac{9}{12}-\frac{8}{12}=\frac{1}{12}\)

B. \(\frac{5}{6}-\frac{2}{3}=\frac{5}{6}-\frac{4}{6}=\frac{1}{6}\)

C. \(\frac{7}{9}-\frac{2}{3}=\frac{7}{9}-\frac{6}{9}=\frac{1}{9}\)

D. \(\frac{11}{15}-\frac{2}{3}=\frac{11}{15}-\frac{10}{15}=\frac{1}{15}\)

E. \(\frac{15}{21}-\frac{2}{3}=\frac{15}{21}-\frac{14}{21}=\frac{1}{21}\)

The smallest difference is \(\frac{1}{21}\)

Answer: E

Cheers,
Brent
