Quantity A is greater. As the number of integer divisors of 30 are more

I usually start these type of questions (asking for divisors of relatively simple numbers) by trying to divide the quantities by numbers starting from 1.
Write down all the corresponding factors.
For Quant A:
30/1 = 30 (two divisors)
30/2 = 15 (two more)
30/3 = 10
30/4 is not possible
and so on.

--> A is bigger with 6 divisors versus B with 3 divisors

Although your answer is correct 30 has 8 divisors not 6 (1,30,2,15,3,10,5,6) and 18 has 6 divisors and not 3 (1,18,2,9,3,6).
Also an integer can have an odd number of divisors if and only if it is a square. For example 4: 1,2,4
