KUDOS
Take two numbers that satisfy the given condition
For eg. $$6,12$$; both are even and multiple of $$3$$

When $$6$$ is divided by $$12$$ remainder is$$6$$
when $$12$$ is divided by $$12$$ remainder is $$0$$
In the first scenario A = B
In the second scenario A<B
Hence option D
