Answer: A
M and n are positive integers. We should find out all values each of them might have.
5m + 7n = 46, 7n = 46-5m
m ———————- n
1———————— ! _______m=1, 7n = 46- 5*1 -> n = 41/7 !! Not posible as n is not integer
2———————— !________m=2, 7n = 46- 5*2 -> n = 36/7 !! Not posible as n is not integer
3———————— !________m=3, 7n = 46- 5*3 -> n = 31/7 !! Not posible as n is not integer
4———————— ! ________m=4, 7n = 46- 5*4 -> n = 26/7 !! Not posible as n is not integer
5———————— 3________m=5, 7n = 46- 5*5 -> n = 21/7=3 (POSIBLE FOR m=5 and n = 3)
6———————— ! ________m=6, 7n = 46- 5*6 -> n = 16/7 !! Not posible as n is not integer
7———————— ! ________m=7, 7n = 46- 5*7 -> n = 11/7 !! Not posible as n is not integer
8———————— ! ________m=8, 7n = 46- 5*8 -> n = 6/7 !! Not posible as n is not integer.
We can’t go further because n is being a value below 1 while it is an integer number.

So the only possible values for m and n are: m= 5 and n = 3
A is bigger than B and the answer is A.
