I think the answer options given are wrong. Answer would be 25 as all even numbers when squared give even number and odd numbers when squared give odd. Hence 25 should be the answer.

Please see that the question asked how many elements does the intersection of J and K contain?
So basically Set K={1,9,25,49,81,..,$$49^2$$}
Set J has numbers starting from 1 to 50. Hence intersection of both sets will be {1,9,25,49}
