In triangle FGH, the base has a length of FH = 126.3, and the altitude from G to FH is constructed and has a length of h. What could be the value of h if we know that the area of the triangle is an integer?

so area of FGH = (126,3 *h) / 2 = integer

--> in order to get an integer, (h* 0,3) /2 must be an integer. That is the case, when the units digit of h/2 is 0
--> therefore answers B, E and F are possible (e.g.. 40/2 * 0,3 = 20*0,3 = 6 in contrast to e.g. 30/2 *0,3 = 15*0,3 = 4,5 => no integer)

area of FGH = (126.3 *H) / 2
=1236*H/20
we know that 1236 is not fully divisible by 20 so H must be an integer which is fully divisible by 20

in options 40,80 AND 100 are only integers which are fully visible by 20

The trick is to multiply 126.3 with such number which makes it integer and also check if it is divisible by 2.
So, if you multiply 126.3 * 40 and 126.3 * 80 and 126.3*100 it will give you value in integer and the number will be divided by 2 also.
Hence B,E,F is the answer
