In an xy-plane, the distance between the origin (0,0) and (x,y) is $$\sqrt{(x-0)^2 + (y-0)^2} = \sqrt{x^2 + y^2}$$

Option A and E have the same distance = $$\sqrt{3^2} = 3$$

Option B = $$\sqrt{1^2 + 3^2} = \sqrt{10}$$

Option C = $$\sqrt{2^2 + 1^2} = \sqrt{5}$$

Option D = $$\sqrt{2^2 + 3^2} = \sqrt{13}$$

Since $$10 > 3^2$$, $$\sqrt{10} > 3$$
and $$\sqrt{13} > \sqrt{10}$$
