This question can be solved through algebric expression.

We know it is a right triangle and value of all sides given.

Formula = $$c^2$$ = $$a^2$$ + $$b^2$$

lengthy .

we know both side must be equal.

Back solving strategy.

$$x^2$$ + $$(x+2)^2$$ = $$(2x-2)^2$$

Option A meets the condition.
