In Figure 1, $$y = \sqrt{3}x$$ and $$z =2x$$. What is the ratio $$p : q : r$$ in Figure 2?

(A) $$1 : 2 : 3$$

(B) $$\sqrt{3} : 1 : 2$$

(C) $$1 : \sqrt{\frac{3}{2}} : 1$$

(D) $$2 : \sqrt{3} : 1$$

(E) $$3 : 2 : 1$$

In a triangle 30:60:90 the angle are $$x:\sqrt{3} x :2x$$

Knowing that $$y=\sqrt{3}x$$ and $$z=2x$$ the two triangles are similar. Same proportion and angles

B is the answer
