from the first summary bar graph number of people that had seen 0 to 5 movies = 25
from the second summary bar graph number of people that had seen 0 to 6 movies = 30
hence the number of people that had seen only 6 movies = 5

Again from the first summary graph number of people that had seen 6 to 10 movies = 30
we know that those who had seen 6 movies only = 5 people so
number of people who have seen 7 to 10 movies = 30-5 = 25

From the second summary graph we know that 7 to 12 movies = 35
since we have those who have seen 7 to 10 movies =25

number of people who have seen 11 or 12 movies = 35-25 = 10
(A)

I like this question, it is so tricky!

So, 7-12 movies =35 people.
Look at both graphs: 0-5movies= 25 people BUT 0-6 movies=30 people. That means, 5 people watched 6 movies.
6-10 movies= 30 people (from graph).
Remove people who saw 6 movies, 7-10 movies =25 people
7-12 movies= 35 people (from 2nd graph)
Removing the 25 people who saw 7-10 movies, we have 10 people for 11-12 movies. Hence A is the answer.

I hope this explanation is clear.
