Now consider the value just below 7.5% (since it can be rounded to nearest integer as 8%)

let us take 7.49% so the number of survey participants = .0749 * 4400 =329.5

so the number should be greater than 329.5 ie option c is an answer

Now consider the maximum value ie 8.5% so the number of survey participants = .085 * 4400 =374

So the number of participants lie between 329.5< participants<374

So option B and C are the possible answer.
